Important Notes for Using Paid Seats

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Ticket Purchase

  1. Seat allocation proceeds from the front in the order that purchases are completed.
  2. There are two venues (Hirakata and Takatsuki). Please be sure to choose the correct venue.
    Please note that if you arrive at the wrong venue on the day, we will not be able to seat you there.
  3. Each seating type has a maximum capacity. Please stay within the stated limit.
  4. Capacity is counted for guests of elementary school age and older.
  5. Preschool children are not counted toward capacity, but only one preschool child may accompany each adult. (Camera Area is limited to one adult only.)
  6. For system reasons, each purchase can cover up to the equivalent of 15 people.
    ※ Example: In one transaction you may buy two 6-person tables or three 4-person tables.
    For 16 or more people, please make multiple purchases (adjacent seating is not guaranteed).
    If you need seats for 16+ people and require adjacent placement, please apply via the inquiry form.
  7. Please ensure all members of your party are informed of the rules and prohibited behavior listed below.

Before the Event Day, Please Complete ONE of the Following

  1. Pick up printed tickets at a convenience store and distribute them to your companions; or
  2. If using electronic tickets, use the app’s “Distribute/Share” feature to send tickets to your companions in advance.
    ※ Tickets cannot be issued or reissued at the venue. Entry is not permitted without presenting a ticket, so please take care.

On the Day: Timing & Crowd Management

  1. Gate opens for viewing area: 15:00 (the main on-site events start at the same time)
    • Expect heavy congestion from around 17:00. Please arrive with ample time.
    • Upon arrival, proceed via the “purchasers-only lane” and have your tickets ready before the viewing entrance gate.
  2. Wristbands will be issued at check-in. Please put them on immediately.
  3. Fireworks start: 19:10 (Please return to your seats by 18:30.)
  4. We plan to provide dedicated food vendors (Hirakata venue only) and dedicated restrooms. (Numbers may change.)
    Hirakata venue: 15 food vendors, 50 toilets
    Takatsuki venue: 15 toilets
    • Entry, food vendors, and restrooms will be very crowded. Please stagger your usage.
    • Restrooms become extremely busy from about two hours before the fireworks. Please time your visits accordingly.
    • Food vendors get crowded from around 16:00. Please help by sorting your trash properly.

No Mailing of Tickets or Venue Map

  1. Seat locations and venue maps will be posted on the official Suito Kurawanka Fireworks Festival website.
  2. Entry requires either a digital ticket displayed on your smartphone or a printed ticket issued at a convenience store.
  3. The venue is very large. Please use on-site signage to locate your seats.

Rules & Prohibited Behavior

  1. If staff determine that prohibited or nuisance behavior is occurring, they will address it.
    Failure to follow staff instructions may result in denial of entry, removal from the venue, or removal of seats.
  2. All seats are reserved. Please check carefully to avoid mistakes. Do not change seats during the fireworks display.
  3. The venue is non-smoking. All smoking, including electronic/heated devices, is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
  4. There is no roof at the venue, but sun/rain countermeasures that obstruct views—such as tarps or tents—are not permitted.
  5. During the display, please remain seated unless unavoidable. Standing or kneeling to watch is not allowed.
  6. Please refrain from playing loud music or videos, or shouting, during the display.
  7. Using tripods outside the Camera Area is prohibited. When filming with smartphones, please be considerate of those around you.
  8. The following items are prohibited inside the area:
    Animals (including pets); parasols, tents, or tarps; chairs with backrests or tall tables; stepladders; generators; fireworks/explosives and open flames such as BBQ grills; drones; and any other dangerous or disruptive items.

Seat Specifications

  1. Tables are 180 cm long, with a width of 45 cm or more. Please note minor differences by seat.
  2. Chair seats use folding chairs with backrests, but materials are not uniform. Exchanges are not possible.
  3. Mat seats include a 1.7 × 2.6 m leisure mat, placed at your seat with instructions enclosed.

Using Table Seats

  1. Expanding your area by adding your own chairs or tables is not permitted.
  2. Strollers may be placed next to the table. Please fold carts and lay them under the table.
  3. Do not connect tables to neighboring seats or rearrange chairs to form circles; please avoid moving installed fixtures.

Using Mat Seats

  1. Mats are left at your spot in their packaging. Please help by setting up your own mat.
  2. Setup instructions are printed on the marker tag with your seat number. Please follow the example.
  3. Connecting your mat to adjacent mats or other non-guided setups is prohibited as it obstructs pathways and is dangerous. Please help us keep rows aligned.
  4. Watching outside your mat area, extending mats beyond the area, or placing chairs/tables to expand your space is not allowed.
  5. If you require a chair for physical reasons, please use the lowest-profile option possible.
  6. Please fold strollers/carts and lay them along the edge of your mat to prevent accidents.

Using Chair Seats & Pair Chair Seats

  1. Pair Chair Seats are arranged as two side-by-side seats; standard Chair Seats are generally arranged in rows of ten. Chair Seats may be separated by an aisle.
  2. Please do not move chairs away from neighboring seats, disrupt rows, or swap chairs between rows.

Using the Camera Area

  1. Each purchased section admits one person only.
  2. The Camera Area is sold as space only (no seating). Positioning is in order of purchase. Each plot is approx. 2 m × 2 m. Please line up side by side and share the space considerately.
  3. If bringing a chair or similar item, it must fit entirely within your plot.
  4. Ladders, stepladders, stools, and drones are prohibited. Please do not stand on objects to shoot. Only tripods are permitted.
  5. The distance from the launch point is approximately 500 m.
  6. Camera height must not exceed 3 m from the ground and must not rise above the venue’s white barrier screen.
  7. We are not responsible for damage to cameras, tripods, or other personal equipment.

Additional Requests

  1. Waste collection points are available at the venue. Please sort your trash appropriately.
  2. Riverside park parking lots are closed all day on the event date. Please use public transportation.
  3. If you notice nuisance behavior, suspicious persons, or unattended items, please inform staff immediately.

Regarding Event Cancellation

  1. Announcements will be posted on the official Suito Kurawanka Fireworks Festival website. Please check for updates.
  2. For cancellation policies in the event of severe weather, please refer to the terms on the site where you purchased your tickets.
