Important Notes for Using Paid Seats

Before Use

To help everyone enjoy the event safely and comfortably, we kindly ask for the understanding and cooperation of every guest.

About Ticket Purchases

  1. There are two venues: Hirakata and Takatsuki. Please make sure you choose the correct one.
    If you mistakenly arrive at the wrong venue on the day of the event, we will not be able to guide you to your seat or issue a refund.
  2. Seats are assigned from the front in the order purchases are completed.
  3. Each seat type has a fixed capacity. Please use the seats within the stated capacity.
    Capacity counts guests of elementary school age and older.
  4. Preschool children are not counted toward capacity, but only one preschool child may accompany each adult.
    * The Camera Area is limited to one adult only.
  5. Due to system limitations, one purchase may cover up to the equivalent of 15 people.
    * Example: you may purchase two 6-person tables or three 4-person tables in one transaction.
    If you need seats for 16 people or more, please make multiple purchases. Seats may not be adjacent.
    If you are purchasing for 16 people or more and would like adjacent seating, please apply through the group purchase form on the Suito Kurawanka Fireworks Festival website.
  6. Please be sure to share the notes and prohibited acts listed below with everyone in your group.

About Ticket Issuance and Distribution

If you purchased tickets, please complete ticket issuance or distribution before the day of the fireworks festival.

  • [Paper Tickets] Please issue the tickets at a convenience store and hand them to the other members of your group.
  • [Electronic Tickets] Please use the “Distribute” option on the purchase page to send tickets to your companions.
    • If you purchased through e+: download the e+ app and prepare the ticket display
    • If you purchased through Lawson Ticket: download the Lawson Ticket electronic ticket app and prepare the ticket display

Please complete app downloads and ticket display setup before the day of the fireworks festival.
* Tickets cannot be issued or reissued inside the venue. If you cannot present your ticket, you will not be allowed to enter. Please take care.

About Schedule and Crowd Management on the Day

  1. Entry to the paid seating area begins at 15:00. (* Events in the main venue area also begin at the same time.)
    • Entry becomes very crowded from around 17:00, so please arrive with plenty of time.
    • When arriving, please proceed through the “Purchasers-Only Lane” (Hirakata Venue only) and have your ticket ready before reaching the viewing entrance gate.
    • A wristband will be issued at reception. After check-in, please put it on your wrist immediately. It will be required for re-entry.
  2. Fireworks launch begins at 19:10. (* Please return to your seat by 18:30.)
  3. Dedicated food vendors and dedicated restrooms are planned inside the area. Numbers may change.
    • Hirakata Venue: 15 food vendors, 60 toilets
    • Takatsuki Venue: 2 food vendors, 15 toilets

On the day of the event, entrance, food vendors, and restrooms will all be very crowded, so please stagger your use.
Restrooms become especially crowded from about two hours before the fireworks begin. Please allow plenty of time.
Food vendors begin to get crowded from around 16:00. Please help by separating your trash properly.

About Mailing Tickets and Venue Maps

  1. Please note that tickets and venue maps will not be mailed.
  2. Seat guide maps and venue maps will be posted on the Suito Kurawanka Fireworks Festival website.
    e+ and Lawson Ticket will later send the seat guide map by email.
  3. Entry requires either a digital ticket displayed on your smartphone or a printed ticket issued at a convenience store or similar outlet.
  4. The venue is very large, so please use the signs installed inside the venue as landmarks when locating your seats.

Important Notes and Prohibited Acts

  1. If any of the prohibited acts below or any nuisance behavior affecting others is observed inside the fireworks venue, staff will speak to the guest involved.
    If guests do not follow instructions or warnings from event staff, entry may be denied, guests may be removed, and installed items may be removed.
  2. All seats are reserved. Please make sure you are in the correct seat. Please do not move installed items.
  3. Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. All smoking, including electronic and heated tobacco products, is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
  4. There is no roof in the venue. However, sun or rain protection that blocks the view of others, such as tarps or tents, is not permitted.
    Please bring a raincoat for rain protection. Parasols are allowed, but they must be closed during the fireworks display.
  5. During the fireworks display, please remain seated unless absolutely unavoidable. Standing or kneeling to watch is not permitted.
  6. During the fireworks display, please refrain from playing loud music, playing videos, shouting loudly, or engaging in any behavior that may disturb others.
  7. Items may be used only up to eye level, within your own seating area, and only if they do not disturb others. Please do not occupy walkways, extend beyond your seating area, raise items above head height, or stand up to take photographs.
  8. The following items are prohibited inside the area:
    Animals (including pets), parasols, tents and tarps, chairs with backrests or tall tables, stepladders, generators, fireworks and explosives, open flames such as barbecue grills, drones, and any other dangerous or disruptive items.
  9. Sitting down in walkways is prohibited.
  10. You may bring in food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks and beverages in glass bottles or cans. Please separate your trash and bring it to the eco station.

About Seat Specifications

  1. For table seats, tables are 180 cm long and at least 45 cm wide. Please note that dimensions may vary slightly depending on the seat.
  2. Chair seats use pipe chairs with backrests, but the materials are not uniform. Exchanges are not available.
  3. Sheet seats include a leisure sheet of approximately 1.7 × 2.6 m, placed at the seat location in packaged form together with setup instructions.
  4. Accessible seats have the same specifications as 6-person table seats. They are located relatively close to the entrance and along a paved path.

Using Table Seats

  1. Expanding the area by adding your own chairs or tables is not permitted.
  2. Strollers may be placed beside the table, but carts and similar items must be folded and laid under the table.
  3. Please do not connect your table to neighboring tables, move chairs to form a circle, or otherwise move installed items.

Using Sheet Seats

  1. Sheets are placed at each seat location in packaged form. We ask each guest to cooperate in setting up their own sheet.
  2. Setup instructions are written on the marker tag showing your seat number, so please set it up exactly as shown.
  3. Connecting your sheet to neighboring sheets or setting it up in any way other than instructed is not allowed, as it may block pathways and create danger. Please help keep the area orderly.
  4. Watching from outside your sheet, extending the sheet beyond your space, or placing chairs or tables to expand the area is not permitted.
  5. If you need a chair for physical reasons, please use as low-profile a chair as possible.
  6. Please fold strollers and carts and lay them down within your sheet area to prevent accidents.

Using Pair Chair Seats and Chair Seats

  1. Pair Chair Seats are arranged as one set of two chairs side by side, and Chair Seats are planned as rows of 10 chairs. Some Chair Seats may be separated by a walkway.
  2. Please do not move chairs away from neighboring seats, disturb the seating rows, or swap chairs around.
  3. Please place strollers, carts, and similar items flat under your seat.
  4. Please refrain from bringing large coolers, suitcases, or other bulky baggage that may inconvenience other guests.

Using the Camera Area

  1. Each purchased section is for one person only. It is sold as area access only and does not include a seat.
  2. Plots within the Camera Area are approximately 2 m × 2 m. Please use the area within your designated plot.
  3. If you bring a chair or similar item, it must fit within your assigned plot.
  4. Bringing stepladders, ladders, footstools, or drones is prohibited. For safety reasons, please do not stand on any object while taking photos. Tripods only are permitted.
  5. The distance from the fireworks launch point is approximately 500 m at Hirakata Venue and approximately 550 m at Takatsuki Venue.
  6. Please keep camera height within 3 m from the ground and below the white barrier screens installed at the venue.
  7. We cannot accept responsibility for damage to cameras, tripods, or any other personal equipment brought into the venue.

Other Requests for Cooperation

  1. There are trash collection points at the venue. Please help separate your trash properly.
  2. On the day of the fireworks festival, riverside park parking lots will not be available all day. Please use public transportation to come to the venue.
  3. If you notice nuisance behavior, suspicious persons, or suspicious baggage, please notify staff.
  4. Instructions for exiting the venue will be announced on the day. Please follow staff guidance when leaving.

If the Fireworks Festival Is Cancelled

  1. Please check the Suito Kurawanka Fireworks Festival website, where any announcement will be posted.
  2. For cancellation policies in the event of severe weather, please check the website where you purchased your tickets.

If you feel sick or unwell, please speak to the nearest staff member.
